Thomas Delton Guillory was born on April 27, 1944 in Calcasieu Parish in Louisiana to Benjamin and Espaze Guillory. His sunset, March 4, 2021, at the age of 76 in Stanislaus County, Hughson, CA.

Thomas was the third child of five siblings. He graduated from George Washington Carter High School in Houston, TX. As a young adult he moved to East Palo Alto, California with his family in 1962.

Thomas went on to become an licensed aircraft mechanic for United Airlines for over 15 years. He was a prison reform advocate, avid fisherman, chef, and a devoted family man who loved to entertain on the holidays.

He leaves behind a loving wife of 39 years, Iona Guillory, Siblings: Joseph (Betty Guillory) and Delores Middleton. Children: Cullin Delton Guillory, Pamela Ann Lockett, Jamila Taylor (Chereese Phillips), Delfin Britton (Tony Britton), Renee Brown, Nina Faye Glover, and April and Jamie Lockett. Grand children: Terrance Lockett, Chaylin Guillory, Colette Guillory (Amrit Dhillon), Jason Guillory, Aaron Brown, Kiante and Kiaje Lockett. Nieces and nephews: Zachary ,Theresa Meacham, Joseph Guillory, Yvette Brookter, Timothy Thomas, Le’Jon Guillory, Wendy McIntyre, Benjamin Guillory, Unique Dutt (Reggie Dutt), and La Juana Abernathy as well as a host of second and third cousins, nieces, nephews and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Emily Thomas and Max Guillory.
