Norma Gayle Collier was born on September 17, 1939 in Sedalia, Missouri to the union of his parents Arthur Kroeger and Gladys M. Rice.
She resided in Turlock, CA and worked as a Customer Service Representative in the medical supplies manufacturing industry for 15 years. She enjoyed being with her family.
Norma passed away on August 8, 2016 at the age of 76 and was preceded in death by her loving husband, parents and brother, Arthur C. Kroeger Jr
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughters, Jan Dyer of Sonora, CA, Jill Parrish of Modesto, CA, son, Jeff Collier of Hilmar, CA, sisters, Edna Abney, Mina Williams, Joyce Bass, Patsy Harrison all of Sedalia, MO, 6 grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.
Norma will truly be missed by all who loved her and who knew her.
