Michael Walker Obituary

Michael Dwayne Walker Sr. was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana  on December 16, 1964, to the union of his parents, Theodore and Mary Lee Walker.

Michael was the second oldest of eight children.

In 1976 Michael and his family relocated to Madera, California, where Michael attended Jefferson Junior High and Madera High schools. Michael Walker Sr. worked at Sun Sweet Raisin Company. Michael met Linda Carraway in 1982 and the two were united in marriage, from their union three children were born Michael, Tanieka, and Tiffany. Michal and Linda established a successful family business " Walker's Tree Service " they operated the business for 10 years.  Later, Michael relocated to Modesto, CA where he resided with Seven Naylor, and where he enjoyed life freely. Michael enjoyed his life, he loved his music, dancing and feeling good.

Those who are waiting for him in heaven, his father, Theodore Walker Sr., his precious mother, Mary Lee Walker, his sister, Janice Walker, stepson, Kenneth Randolph, three grand-daughters, Rey'Niyah and Ray'Nayah Washington, and Promise Smith.

Michael leaves behind to mourn his death his son, Michael Walker and daughter in law Shavanne Walker of Henderson, NV. Daughter, Tanieka Smith, and son in law Marvin Smith, of Modesto, Ca., Daughter, Tiffany Walker, and son in law Charles Washington of Ceres, Ca., He also raised Clay Bryant, Demetrius Bryant & Tawasha Bryant of Modesto, CA, and Tanesha Randolph of CA, Three brothers, Theodore Walker of Fresno, Ca, JD Walker of Mississippi, and Timothy Walker of Baton Rouge, LA. Three sisters, Lisa Walker and Rochelle Walker, of Baton Rouge, LA and Yolonda Walker of Mississippi. Michael had 16 grandchildren, MyLyrical Smith, Michael Walker III, Terrence Savoy, Nealmiya Smith, Anika Smith, Marvin Smith Jr., Maaliyah Walker, Treasure Savoy, Harmony Smith, Maaniyh Walker, Rayah Washington, Myion Smith, Riyah Washington, Tyneal Smith, Mathew Walker, Jaameer Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends, that loved " Big Mike dearly”.
