Michael Renae Barnes was born on January 15, 1960 to his Mother Pearline Barnes in Little Rock, Arkansas..
He moved to Modesto at He age of 13. He attended Modesto City schools growing up on Westside of Modesto. He accepted Christ at an early age and was Baptized Progressive Baptist Church on 4th Street in Modesto, CA. Michael worked as a security guard for CSI Security and a production worker for Del Monte cannery.. He loved playing Poker and Dominoes with family and friends. He also was a TRUE DALLAS COWBOYS FAN. Most of all he loved old Western movies and TV shows. Michael was a people person and loved everyone, even though he’s told all the kids he’d spank them at least once. He gave a nickname to everybody but you if weren’t lucky enough to get a nickname you know for sure he called you “Killa”.
Michael departed this life on May 23rd, 2020. He is proceeded in death by his grandmother Lorene Middleton, his father Sterling Parker, his Aunt Nettie Scott, his Sister Yolonda Shirley, his Niece Latasha Carter, and his Nephew David Turner. He leaves to cherish his memories; his Mother Pearline Jones, his Brothers; Theodis Turner of Modesto, Eston and Tammy Crane of San Ramon , and Kumasi and Mary Huff of Modesto, his Sister Jacquelyn Reed, Sons; Michael Barnes Jr., Troy Lee Stines, and Darryl Clewis, Daughters; Pearline Barnes, Rosa Barnes, and Michelle Deconge, 9 grandchildren, a host of Nieces and Nephews as well as other family and friends who loved him.
