Leopold Prescott Obituary
Leopold 'Ray' Tunney Prescott was born on January 7, 1929 in Ville Platte, Louisiana to the union of his parents, Willis Prescott and Lilly Heath.
Leopold was a Modesto resident and was self employed as a Property Investor in the Real Estate Industry for 66 years. Leopold served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1949 to 1953. He was a member of the First Christian Methodist Episcopal Church of Modesto and was an avid fisherman who loved westerns movies and baseball.
Leopold departed this life on May 8, 2018 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, daughter, Kerleasia Rae Prescott, brothers, Chico W. Prescott, Ison D. Prescott, Felton Prescott, Mychal Prescott, sisters, Doris Prescott, Shirley Prescott and Sally R. Prescott of Modesto, CA,
Leopold leaves to cherish his memory his loving life partner, Debra H. Harris Prescott of Modesto, daughters, Rachelle D. Prescott Martin of Sacramento, & Brittaney Delaney of Modesto CA, sons, Eric Leopold Prescott, Christopher Delaney, Jeffery Delaney & Elijah Delaney all of Modesto, CA, sister, Mary Prescott of Fresno, CA, brothers, David Prescott of Fairfield, CA, Henry Prescott of Sacramento, CA, 3 grandchildren, Reginald Spearman of Sacramento, Imani Jackson of Sacramento, CA & Abigail Prescott of Modesto and a host of other loving family and friends.
Leopold will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him .
There will be a private burial with honors at Dixon National Cemetery.
