LeRoy Phillips was born in Dumas, Arkansas on July 30,1935. He passed away at his home in Turlock on January 1, 2023. LeRoy was a Deacon at the Second Baptist Church in Modesto CA. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Anita Phillips, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving family and friends . He truly will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.
On Saturday, January 21 at the Second Baptist Church in Modesto, a viewing will be held at 10 am with funeral services beginning at 11 am. Burial will follow at Ceres Memorial Park. Evins Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
