Charlotte Louise Stalcup was born on November 23, 1966 in Bakersfield, California to the union of Chester Willard Howe and Esther Bernice Henson.
She was a wonderful office manager with a strong team.
Charlotte passed away on September 12, 2018 at the age of 52.
She leaves to mourn her passing her mother Ether Stalcup, sons Justin, Cody, and Travis Sisk of Modesto, California. Sister Carla Webb and a host of family and friends.
Charlotte will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
