Benjamin O'Coileain Herning, known to us as Bo, A soul too bright, whose time has come to go. Born on the first of February, '93, In San Jose, CA, a young spirit wild and free. In Modesto's gentle embrace, he found his sunset end, Leaving behind memories, our hearts to tend. An automobile's unforeseen twist of fate, Took him from us on July seventh, two-zero-two-four, our hearts to deflate. Bo's life was a tune, a melody of cheer, Studied music at San Jose State University, his passion clear. A brass musician, with a hospitality charm, Managed band equipment, never one to harm. Krystal Devi, his beloved wife, in her eyes a glimmering lake, Together they danced life's steps, for love's sweet sake. Rohini, his guiding mother-in-law, in curry and care, Benjamin John and Caroline Lee, parents beyond compare. Meghan, Tarah, Emmet, siblings of his accord, In each other's lives, they struck a loving chord. Through notes and songs, Bo's essence we recall, A life of rhythm, selfless he stood tall. Bo loved the creatures, walked dogs with pride, In their joyful company, he’d always confide. Hiking through Nevada City, Donner Pass trails he'd roam, Amongst nature's grandeur, he found his earthly home. The beach where waves whispered tales to his heart, In meditation's silence, he played his quiet part. With chalk in hand, the pavement was his art, Each piece a story, from his soul a chart. Sunset drives with Krystal, rock anthems paved their way, Conversations random, yet beautiful, in their shared display. Cooking with Rohini, curry's spice would dance, In each shared meal, love had its chance. Bo on a skateboard, beneath him life took flight, Feeling the wind, in freedom's sheer delight. "Love until you live," he'd often recite, A mantra of his days, a beacon so bright. Selfless in action, kind in every deed, Passionate heart, he was a rare breed. Encouraging greatness, he'd often lead, In his wake, a trail of goodwill to heed. His life was a canvas, painted with love's hue, A brave soul, through storms, he always flew. To be great was his wish for me and for you, With strength and courage, he saw life through. As the sunset paints the sky with colors bold, Bo's story on Earth has been lovingly told. For in the hearts he touched, his spirit will unfold, A legacy of love, more precious than gold. A quote to remember, as we bid our goodbye, "Though he be but gone, his love does not die." For in every note, in every sigh, Bo's melody lingers, in the vast, endless sky. Farewell, dear Bo, your journey's at rest, Know you were cherished, loved, and blessed. Your song plays on, as you've passed life's test, In our hearts, your memory, forever a guest.
