Alice Shields Obituary
Alice Lee Shields was born on November 11, 1927 in Denver, Colorado to the union of her parents, William T. Fisher and Julia J. Garner.
She resided in Modesto, California and worked as a Manager for 45 years working in a hardware stores. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, reading, worked crossword puzzles and visited Black Oak Casino Resort a time or two.
Alice passed away on April 30, 2017 at the age of 89 and was preceded in death by her loving husband, parents, son, Fredrick Young, daughter, Sandra Young, sisters, Del Montgomery, Bea Yeager, Junie Shields and brother, William Fisher.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughters, Karen L. Coy of Lucerne, CA, Lora L. Moore (James) of Modesto, CA, 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.
Alice will always be truly missed by all who loved her and who knew her.
