Moegagago Gaia Sipa was born to his parent Te'o Sipa Leafa of Malie, W.Samoa & Emilia Tuala Leafa of Levi Saleimoa, W.Samoa on February 21, 1952, in the village of Malie, Western Samoa.
He passed away on August 8, 2017, he was preceded in death by his parents, his fathers second wife, Vaovai Leafa of Falealili, W.Samoa, his brother, Leafa Vitale and his son-in-law Kalaea Jennings
He was a deacon for many years at Viadolorosa EFKS.
Moegagago Gaia Sipa leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Tulouna Sipa of Masausi Am.Samoa, five daughters, Moevanu Ah Ching, Salataima Filoialii (Siauvale) Mamea, Sinatala Filoialii (Junior) Taito, Christabelle Filoialii (Kalaea) Jennings, Cassandra Sipa (Robert) Toleafoa. 14 grandchildren, Simon Ah ching & Chary Ah Ching, Vitalany Mamea, Vaughn Mamea, Venaiah Mamea, Vianney Mamea & Vanisha Mamea, Fa'asili Taito & Marley Taito, Kada Jennings, EJ Jennings, Kalaea Jennings, Kimahni Toleafoa & Damian Toleafoa. His brothers, Sefo Leafa, Aukusutino Te'o Leafa, Mareko Sipa Leafa, Suliveta Leafa, Faata Leafa, Iloto Leafa, sisters, Aituivi Tuala Leafa, Kuinivia Ki Leafa, Vaosa Leafa, Peleiupu Leafa, Lotomalie Leafa, Itela Leafa and a host of other loving family and friends Moegagago Gaia Sipa will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Pallbearers for the services will be, Robert Toleafoa, Setima Uaita, Vaughn Mamea, Jericho Nglam, Hawaii Te'o and Ronald Dawyer
