Marguerite Harriet Thurman was born on June 19, 1939, in Norfolk, Virginia to the union of her parents, Herbert L. Hall and Marguerite Crowell.
She resided in Modesto, California, worked as a House Keeper in the hospital industry for 10 years, enjoyed crocheting, crafting, made jewelry, was a very social person who had a sense of humor.
Marguerite passed away on June 14, 2017, at the age of 78 and was preceded in death by her loving parents, son, Gregory W. Thurman, brother, John T. Hall and sister, Teresa L Hall.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving daughter, Valerie M. Powell of Modesto, California, brother, Herbert L Hall Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia, sister, Geraldine S. Hall also of Norfolk, Virginia, 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.
Marguerite will always be truly missed by everyone who loved and knew her.
