Deborah 'Dibbie' Luann Ortiz-Onsurez was born on June 15, 1961 in San Francisco, California to the union of her parents Ernesto Ortiz and Barbara A. Hammock.
She resided in Modesto, California, worked as an assembly worker in the department store business for 2 years, loved animals, friendly with a glowing smile.
Dibbie passed away on December 28, 2017 at the age of 56 and was preceded in death by her loving parents, brother Steven Ortiz and sister Valerie Ortiz.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughter, Barbara Peacock of San Leandro, CA, sister, Vannessa Ortiz of Valley Springs, CA, brothers, Gregory Ortiz and Brian Ortiz both of Modesto, CA.
Dibbie will truly be missed by all who loved and knew her.
