He resided in Stockton, California and served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Kenny passed away on December 26, 2017 at the age of 57.
He leaves to mourn his passing his mother, sister, Cheryl P. Millikan and a host of other family and friends.
Kenny will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
