Edna Croxen Obituary
Edna Marie Croxen, age 96, passed away January 25, 2018 in Modesto, CA. Born in Manteca, CA. she lived the majority of her life in the Modesto area. She was a waitress for over 30 years at various local restaurants in Modesto and was a cofounder of Carmen's Restaurant in Modesto. She had many hobbies including gardening and square dancing.
She leaves behind many loved ones: her five children Art Duran(Carmella) of Las Vegas, Geri Kreamer (Mike) of Modesto, Joe Duran of Escalon, Debbie Singleton of Modesto and Earl Mawyer of Jamestown, and the proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Stella Rodrigues, Sisters Adaline Fagundes and Vivian Thomas.
Graveside Service at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA, on Thursday February 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Edna's name to Community Hospice, 4268 Spyres, Modesto, CA. 95356
